A message from
Course Leader and Director,
Ashley Nutt...
So often just one meaningful conversation, when done well, can shift the tone of a team, friendship, or relationship to improve trust and show support. People are eager to learn practical strategies for navigating conflict and hard conversations because many never had the chance to develop these skills.
Whether it’s giving feedback, addressing conflict, or building understanding across differences, this training helps people show up more confidently, empathetically, and effectively — transforming not just conversations, but connections.
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."
-Nelson Mandela
